To sign on for this package please click on the yellow "SIGN UP!" tab below and choose your payment options. We need your deposit first to get a head count and to get you on the tee sheets. Please make your payment as soon as you can to secure your place on the trip. This package does include both room & golf however for those living closeby we will also offer a "golf only" rate when accommodations are not needed.

Please make sure to make all final payments no later than July 18. We use to process your payments conveniently and securely. If you do not have a PayPal account you may choose the option to use any major credit card to make your payment. The PayPal method is completely online. Southern Breeze Golf Tours and its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates assume no responsibilities or liabilities in connection with the service of any air carrier, vessel, train, aircraft, motor vehicle, or any other conveyance which may be used, either wholly, or in part, in connection with the services ordered. Nor will any Southern Breeze Golf Tours and/or Gardner Travel Service, Inc., and its associates and operatives be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any defect in any vehicle, or through the neglect of any person engaged in executing the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued, including, but not limited to, tour guides, vehicle operators, hotel administration and staff and/or golf course administration and staff. Southern Breeze Golf Tours and/or Gardner Travel Service, Inc., shall not be held liable in the event any itinerary or arrangements are altered by vendor or weather, act of terrorism or act of god. Prices subject to change without notice.

Deposit: A $200 non-refundable deposit per player is required at time of reservation.

Final Payment: Due no later than 45 days prior to arrival. Full payment is required when reserving this package within 30 days prior to arrival.
 
Cancellations:  Cancellations made between 45 and 15 days prior to departure- penalty is 50% of package price. Cancellations 14 days prior to departure and up to day of departure- penalty is 100% of package price. No Shows- penalty is 100% of package price.

Changes/Modifications: Any requested changes once reservations are confirmed will result in a $7.50 per player change fee. This fee only applies when the player(s) elect to make changes after tee times have been confirmed. This fee WOULD NOT APPLY if the course(s) change tee times due to aerification, maintenance or other need to close the course.
