As play begins at The Masters, the golfer in all of us is reborn. After a long winter's wait, The Masters Golf Tournament offers us the beginning of a new golf season. Dogwoods and Magnolias in full bloom, pristine green fairways lined with tall, stately Georgia Pines, and the world's greatest golfers at the world's most prestigious event -- this is The Masters Golf Tournament. No other golf tournament in the world can match its pageantry.

In 2008 Trevor Immelman made it look easy at times, but everybody knows winning the Masters certainly is anything but. He showed resolve and perseverance at every turn. When he needed to hit a key shot or make a clutch putt to ward off challengers, he did. It was quite a display of golf.

Two American challengers with six Masters titles between them – Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson – were poised to challenge Immelman but came up short.

If you have never been to Augusta National and The Masters Golf Tournament, you can't fully appreciate the greatness of the course or the event. On merit, Augusta National is world-renowned. In person, it is overwhelming. While a Masters telecast is memorable - attending The Masters may be the most unforgettable experience of your life.

Friday, April 10
Upon your arrival in Augusta, you will be met by a SGH representative who will assist you with your luggage and transfer you to your designated hotel. This afternoon is free to relax and unpack.

Saturday, April 11
Transfer to Augusta National where you will attend the third day’s play. Today is the day the top players try to get in position to make a charge at the title. This evening cocktails and dinner will be at your leisure.

Sunday, April 12
Transfer to Augusta National where you will attend the final day’s play. Up until now it has been relatively relaxed, but today when the leading players near the 10th tee, things become electric and the tournament really begins. As the cheers and groans echo through the trees, you rush from tee to green following your favorite players willing them on to even greater things!! This evening cocktails and dinner will be at your leisure.

Monday, April 13
Today you will depart Augusta for home.

RAMADA INN

The Ramada Augusta is a three-story business suite hotel located approximately four miles from Daniel Field Airport and 16 miles from Bush Field Airport. The Ramada Augusta is located off Interstate 20 in northwest Augusta, Ga. The Augusta Ramada boasts a heated indoor pool, spa tub and fitness center. Additional amenities include 24-hour coffee, complimentary continental breakfasts, high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel, business center with fax and photocopying services, and handicapped-accessible facilities with TTY telephones in selected guestrooms. The Ramada is located right beside the Best Western and has the same owners.

STAYBRIDGE SUITES

Staybridge Suites in Augusta, GA is a brand new all suite extended stay hotel. Deluxe accommodations offer guest amenities that include full kitchens, pullout sofa beds, complimentary Internet services, and full hot breakfast.
