Golf is all about
timing, vigilance, determination, physical/mental conditioning and the
elements.
Unfortunately,
we cannot help you with any of that.
However, when
certain situations arise we can best serve you by addressing those issues
in advance because we do not like surprises either.

Can I make
a reservation inside 30 days of intended play?
Yes however,
should you elect to go within two weeks of intended play there will most
likely be an expedite fee in order to distribute your funds individually
to the courses and/or the resort or lodging facility.

What if
it rains, snows or floods while I am on my golf vacation?
The course(s)
will not actually close unless the head golf professional determines so.
In such cases, it will be up to the golf professional's discretion whether,
or not, the cost of your tee times will be refunded. On the other hand,
should the head golf professional declare the course closed then, in most
cases, we can get you a fully refunded round. In any case, it is
up to you to check in with the proshop as to whether, or not, the course
has been declared closed due to inclement weather.

How far
out can I make my tee times?
Securing your
advance tee times is our specialty. In some cases, we can get them 120
days from play. With others, it may be only 30 days prior to play depending
upon the course. With the majority of the courses that we represent in
Texas, we pioneered the advance tee time arrangement. You can be assured
that our tee times are generally the best of the day because we get to
the tee sheets well before the general public.

I would
like to bring my wife (or husband) but he/she does not play. Can you make
a golf vacation for just one w/rider?
We certainly
can. If it is just one player, we can still arrange for a tee time... with
rider.

Would I
be charged for two players in the room- even if only one plays golf?
No. We would
charge for a single golfer rate which is generally higher than the per
person rates for two to a room because the room costs are not split in
half. However, your non-golfer stays free in room. And, some of our resorts
provide breakfast for the non-golfer included in the single player rate.

Can you
do my air tickets?
Yes. We are
also a full service travel agency. We have been doing corporate travel
since 1979 and we would be happy to assist you when shopping fares. We
also have an online booking engine that you are welcome to use. This link
is on every golf package that we sell- usually right below the area where
you would enter your name, address, etc...

Can you
reserve my rent car?
Yes.

What are
your cancellation penalties and fees?
Each page
or golf package is notated with the information on cancellations. In addition,
when we respond to you via email we provide a full description of your
program including all costs and conditions for purchase.

I would
love to play Pinehurst, PGA National or Mission Hills but this may not
be the year for me.
We have just
introduced some excellent opportunities to stay and play at some of North
America's premier golf resorts - at very reasonable rates!

Requesting
Availability
We will check
your requested courses and accommodations for the date range that
you may specify in the boxes below and reply back to you as soon as possible.
Of course the more information that you can provide us, the closer we will
be in matching your exact request(s). We will not knowingly sell or pass
along your information that you provide to any third party for any reason
(see
Liabilities
& Privacy Policy ).
We are available to answer
your inquiries in person Monday - Friday (except holidays) from 8:30am
until 5:30pm CST 1-817-481-9887. We play on the weekends but are available
from time to time via email to answer your questions. Our typical response
time for your email request ranges from 3 hours to as many as 72 depending
upon the availability of onsite resourses and those of the golf clubs,
country clubs and resorts/lodging establishments, as well as, any variations
you may request from our listed programs. For those inquirers requesting
a trip within two weeks of play, we will give you a priority due
to your need to establish a plan. At any rate, we will respond to your
requests as quickly as possible and as soon as we have all components of
your package confirmable. Also, keep in mind that some of our golf packages
are time sensitive requiring an advance purchase to receive the lowest
available rates.

to book our golf packages: Your reservations
can be handled via e-mail if you prefer by completing the information above
and clicking the REQUEST RATE button located immediately above. Or we will
be happy to assist you over the phone. It will greatly assist our planners
if you can provide 1). the specific package that you and your party are
interested in, 2). requested dates for the package, 3). whether, or not,
you will need air or rent car and, 4). your handicap and those in your

All prices are per person
and include all lodging and golf-related taxes except where noted.
We accept American Express,
Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card or money order.

liable for any services provided, or to be provided, by any vendor. The
client agrees that any claim(s) derived from the usage of such vendors
shall remain the sole responsibility of such vendors and no action(s) may

Inc.. Southern Breeze Golf Tours and its parent company, subsidiaries,
and affiliates assume no responsibilities or liabilities in connection
with the service of any air carrier, vessel, train, aircraft, motor vehicle,
or any other conveyance which may be used, either wholly, or in part, in
connection with the services ordered. Nor will any Southern Breeze Golf
Tours and/or Gardner Travel Service, Inc., and its associates and operatives
be responsible for any act, error, or omission, or for any injury, loss,
accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned by reason of any
defect in any vehicle, or through the neglect of any person engaged in
executing the purpose for which tickets or coupons are issued, including,
but not limited to, tour guides, vehicle operators, hotel administration
and staff and/or golf course administration and staff. Southern Breeze

in the event any itinerary or arrangements are altered by vendor or weather,
